Exchange and Return Policy


The customer can return the product within 7 Days fromreceiving the order, the refund process is done after receiving and examining the returned product. If you have paid through electronic means, the amount will be refunded according to your bank requirements. Please note that the refunded amount to your account will include the paid value of the product you have purchased only, and our store is not responsible for any costs of reshipping the product you do not want.


For cases in which products are not returned


1. There are number of certain cases in which the product cannot be returned.

2. When you submit a return request after the specified time, which is 7 days from the date of receipt for the products.

3. When the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition you received it, or when the product safety tape is removed.

4. Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.

5. Products without stickers, original packaging, or lack of any of their accessories.


How can I get my money back, if I receive an item that is not in the right shape or damaged?


When you receive an item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, you can then return the item to us in the same condition  when you received it in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, after informing the company within a period of 1 day from the date of receipt, as soon as we receive the item, we will check it, and if it is found that there is defect or damage, we will immediately start the procedures to return your money to you, whether you paid for the item, or paid for the shipment and delivery of that item
